From historic woolshed to timeless venue
Le Longbarn and le Woolshed were once part of a working sheep farm. Sitting on a beautiful rural and undulated property of 56 hectares with stunning elevations and majestic native bush, they have been restored, blending authentic heritage with modern comfort, to create a unique and stylish wedding destination.
You’ll be spoilt for choice with a range of on-site options for wedding and event photography, from native bush backdrops to expansive vistas and stunning sunsets over the Kaipara Harbour.
Your stay included
Your event hire package includes two nights in Le Woolshed boutiquey and stylish self-contained accommodation for up 10 guests, with plenty of space for either three couples or two families of five. Enjoy exclusive access to Le Longbarn during this time for wedding preparations, the special day, and the luxury of waking up on site and easing into the day after your celebrations.
In addition, our wedding packages come complete with furniture and table linen, lighting (indoors and out), decor and signage from the Taylor & Co. fine collection, with glassware and cutlery included.
Building your perfect day
The undercover space can comfortably host up to 120 guests (luxury portaloo hire included) with multiple options and plenty of space to configure the celebration lawn post-ceremony, including a shaded round yard ideal for cocktails. Maybe bring in a food truck or two! Our packages for 40 to 120 guests include all the above!
For all BYO elements, we can help with recommendations through our connections with great local vendors including photography, floral artists, catering, bar staff, music, celebrants and guest transport. You just need to add the finishing detail and decorations
that reflect your personalities!
